We all know it’s important to encourage children to play outside all year round. Those wonderful crisp sunny winter days are perfect for outside play. Wrap them up warm and take them on a ‘Spot the Nature Walk’. Take a notepad and pencil with you whether you’re wandering around your garden, at the park or on the beach.

Get them to note down what they can see and ask them to draw and name it. This can provide hours of fun and they can be running around outside as well as learning on the way.

Indoor or Outdoor Winter Kids Activity Idea - Get Twirling!

We are all about twirling, so why not get those dresses on and hold a twirl competition! Handheld ribbons on a stick or bubbles can be great twirling accessories to try and do at the same time.
